I noticed that all converts are completely convinced before converting. Islam doesn't force anyone. It goes deep down in the heart then you feel your soul embraced by Islam. At that moment you are convinced and your faith is strong.

I converted to Islam last year after doing my research and being amazed with the Quran. It just healed me from lifetime of anxiety and issues with myself. You know sometimes I feel sorry for people who have been born in communities that don't have any idea about Islam and raised to not believe in it, but I feel more sorry for myself and other people who have been born Muslims in an Islamic cummunity, speaking Arabic and can see and feel the beauty of Quran in its original language and still feel distant from god... I too have been diagnosed with anxiety and was prescribed medication abayo. After doing some research, I realized that there are many better alternatives for treating anxiety than meds. SubhanAllah! Daily prayer and a little bit of CBD oil has done wonders for my anxiety.
