I used to have a tiny grill in my toolbox when I was OTR. Nothing like a grilled steak or big fat cheeseburger while you're waiting. The envy of the truck stop. We also had the mom and pop dinners that served home cooked meals instead of the fast food garbage. Nothing better than a stuffed pepper or meatloaf dinner.

Tip for coffee just boil some water instead and pour over coffee in the coffee maker and let it drip into the coffee pot only difference is your heating the water separately from the coffee maker

10 years ago, none of the Loves had laundry rooms. They've been phasing them in. Many have them, but not all. Even fewer Pilots have laundry. All Petros, TAs & Flying J's have laundry.

I like Bal fruit water 1gram of sugar, has some caffeine in it, prime sports drink has 2 grams of sugar, I think of it as one less soda pop, my favorite is Mt dew 45 gram sugar, try to just do one or two, also have platters mixed nuts and stuff to help me stay awake and eat little stuff, market sucks, just hang in there till stuff gets better

Becca when i was always on the road With my late hubby we always kelp a cooler in the truck we would put 2 bags of ice in it put all our drinks in there pour 2 gallons of water over the ice it would keep our drinks very cold and it would last for a week and a half It would veryyyyy cold And after a week and half i would add more ice 🧊 It was very handy for us

The best coffee maker to have is a percolator. They're made of stainless steel so they don't transfer chemicals into your coffee from the plastic. Good to see you're eating better now... hope you stay that way! Also a lot of guys drop their pee in the in the grass because in trucking school they said that that would be okay the Earth absorbs it and it's not harmful. People with dogs just have to be careful of where they go. That's why several loves have pet areas.

I really don't care for brewed coffee and never have. I only drink instant which I think is better than brewed unless you can get your hands on restaurant style coffee which brews at a high temp. I drink Nescafe Classico instant which is a dark coffee but really good. Get yourself a box of Truvia stevia sugar and some Nestle coffee mate creamer ( I use the powder kind but you can get the little liquid cups which require no refrigeration) and you csn have coffee any time you want it. You'll need hot water but I don't know how you would manage that in a truck. Oh wait! You can heat up water in your microwave! Get your self a Copco coffee cup ( they're plastic) and pour in some bottled water and heat it up then add the coffee, truvia and creamer and you can have coffee anytime!! Make you a salad out of those vegetables and cook a piece of chicken, slice it up , add your dressing ( i like Kraft Catalina) and add it to the salad. Quick meal right there!! Enjoy your video content!

Get a thermometer pin to measure the water temp of the microwave water. If you're making instant coffee it only needs to get to 150. It doesn't need to boil. If it boils you'll have to wait a long time to cool down before you can drink it. Another option is to get a induction cooktop burner and a coffee pot to heat water that way. They're really cheap right now. Less than 30.00. Just trying to help. Hope you get it figured out. 😊

Hey little sister. Anytime you start off with a clean truck. It Will rain on you or you end up in some s*** hole. What I had my second brand new truck. It had 1200 me when I got it. 92 Freightliner with a 4 and 1/4 cat. Took Lumberton Southern California from northern Cal. Picked up a load of brand new irrigation pipe from 20 footers to 30 footers. All finger joint staggered. Took them up to Visalia. End up going out to a field. As they unloaded them one by one on the fuel. Piss me off. I told him I had a cat that was in a caterpillar. So they pay me $300 cash extra. That would in my pocket😊. Good luck girl. You know if you don't mind drinking instant coffee. Get yourself a glass measuring cup. Stick it in the microwave for 5 minutes instant coffee. 🤘🏽🤟🏽👍🏽🤙🏽👌🏽😡♥️✌🏽😎🪶🌹☕

at least it was in the grass. when you're in a truck stop or a rest stop and you smell piss right outside of your truck, just remember that's human piss on the ground. I don't want to walk in human or dog piss but because men are incapable of peeing in the actual toilet, we walk in it every time we go to the restroom and walk to and from our trucks. Thank you to the guy who dumped his pee in the grass instead of tossing it on the ground in the bottle so someone else has to pick it up. You can track that guy down and think for at least putting it in the grass

BECCA: egg whites (container) instead of eggs( egg whites have no cholesterol!!), Frozen fish(cheap and low cholesterol), chicken ok(small amount only), oat meal or grits vegtables(cans, fresh or frozen) eat veggies with every meal!! you will lose weight and have a healthy heart.
