I threw my best friend a surprise birthday video and you'er coming along with me! Of course I also baked her birthday cake, so in this video I also show you how to make a chocolate and biscoff birthday cake! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Want the ingredients!
For the chocolate cake-
525g plain flour
550g caster sugar
95g cocoa powder
1.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
5 lg free-range eggs
350ml coffee
350ml buttermilk
320ml vegetable oil
For the biscoff buttercream-
115g unsalted, softened butter
240g biscoff spread, cookie butter/ spread
120g icing sugar
For the buttercream-
750g unsalted, softened butter
375g icing sugar
120ml milk
For the white chocolate drip-
90g white candy melts
30g double cream
For the decorations-
marshmallows, flumps
pink wafers
party rings, assorted colours

i think she used 8 inch cake pans. i hope this was helpful!
