heat soak is a big issue on these platforms...and the more boost you make the faster it will heat soak.. mine made under 500 stock baseline and was also heat soaked on a hot tx day.. now makes 515 with headers pulley and tune. boost doesn't always mean hp the motor has to use the boost efficiently. dont get discouraged just enjoy the car and mod it as you go.. best thing you can do to keep constant power is upgrade supercharger cooling.. expansion tank, reinforced intercooler brick, bigger heat exchanger etc also i make only 13 lbs of boost with a 2.45 upper

It's heat soak, stock cooling with anything over stock pulley kills these cars with heat. I had 9.55 lower only and would see 150-170 on an 8th mile pull with a 2.55 upper it's spinning a little faster. Car was pulling timing and a lot to keep it safe.

Get hp tuners. Check your spark, injector duty cycle and all air temps. Boost is somewhat bad because it’s a restriction. A cam will drop boost 2-4psi but will also make more power, same for headers and ported heads. Heat soak from that much boost will easily drop 100+ hp as well. For example, I make 860 wheel on 17 psi.

If the car still has the primary cats as you stated, I guarantee they are are a restriction and causing too much boost pressure therefore increasing heat and losing power just like you saw with each pull. The stock primary cats will not last long after being pulley swapped. You need to gut them/remove them or replace with a performance high flow cat ASAP. Also at the top of your list needs to be a much better heat exchanger. Finding out if it has better injectors should be a priority as well, even with just a 2.55" pulley you are likely near the max those injectors can flow especially near sea level as you are.

Cats are definitely a concern and I think you are right on par with everything said. I did connect the car to HPtuners to check my injector duty cycle and the max I saw was 46% which tells me it has injectors so that’s a plus

if it has 18 lbs on a 2.55 pulley you have a restriction somewhere. You shouldn't be at that boost level. Your results aren't that far off for a 2.55 and an intake. That's typically 530 - 540 range. Personally I would never buy a modded car and not take it to a tuner myself before ever going WOT with it. You have no idea whats been done.

What should the boost be on a 2.55? I tried scheduling a tune with the shop that originally tuned it but they have zero communication. Going to try to find another shop
