They can have their rules, but they can also not act like THAT about it and be KINDER about enforcing the rules. That guy also made a VERY BAD example for his child. I have a huge sense of humor, but that kind of person brings out the side of me that scares me, and they really bug the (you know what) out of me. I think that people these days should take lessons from the late (and GREAT) Fred Rogers and learn how to behave like human beings and not like THAT.

There's rules, and then there's attitude, and their attitude towards you both was disgusting. And clearly rules don't mean anything to them since one of their signed rules was Be Respectful yet they did not step in and tell that aggressive father he should leave for his lack of respect.

Their rating last time I check is 4.5 out of 5, and it needs to go down. They have had bad customer service FOR YEARS! They also served moldy pies and offer dirty buckets because diaper bags aren't allowed. Low review aren't enough. It needs to trend so people can be fully aware before they waste their time and money there. #BoycottBattleview to their Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Totally agree. If it was about the poop they could have told him to keep her in the stroller even. But I get not allowing exceptions. The rudeness was uncalled for, the older man who kept hovering when he went to the parking lot like they said he could, and then having an employee come kick him out of the parking lot because he was 'rude'??? When it was another customer who threatened to kill his duck? Crazy hostile people.

#BoycottBattleview It needs to trend on their Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Their 4.5 out of 5 rating on Google needs to go down as they have had bad customer service FOR YEARS. They gave families with babies DIRTY buckets because diaper bags aren't allowed. Also, they served MOLDY pie to a customer and refused to acknowledge it.

Been a local customer of that orchard for 30+ years. That ended after I watched the treatment the staff gave you. No class. The real loser in this story is that young child watching and learning from his over-aggressive violent father.

It’s such a shame that wrinkle couldn’t go into the orchard! She would have had a wonderful time, and those people were so unnecessarily rude especially the man with the son. He was was definitely not setting a good example for him. I’m sure there’s an apple orchard out there waiting with a special invitation for Wrinkle!

The name of said business is easily seen at 1:51 if anybody else is interested. A good chunk of their reviews are computer generated and it seems a lot of people are having problems with rude staff, racial profiling and going after parents.

I understand that the place might not allow pets to go apple picking for hygiene reasons. However, threatening someone's pet just for wanting to take them to an orchid is extreme and unacceptable. I would bash anyone who threatens anyone's pet. It's not just a duck. It's a person too. Pets have souls. They experience things like us. How would you like to be a pet duck being abused? Or to see your pet or loved one being abused? I am sure pet owners would feel almost the same about you abusing their beloved pets. Threatening anyone, including someone's pet should be illegal. This man should be reported to the local police for his threat!

It can sometimes be tricky to know which time is for which, so it usually doesn’t hurt to just be kind. They banned diaper bags and give families a DIRTY bucket to hold baby supplies in. Also mentioning that they served a customer MOLDY pie and refused to acknowledge it when it was pointed out. They've gotten away with rude behavior and unsanitary conditions for years! Now, it's time for them to face their karma.

😮😢 honestly that was horrifying! That woman yelling, making a big scene about not bringing an 'animal' into a FARM. & then screaming, "This is a Family Friendly environment!!" um.....apparently not..😬 It is hard when one is anxious & being yelled at to remember the magic words "service animal"...that might have helped? Watching those people treat Wrinkle & Human Name that way was excruciating. Then trying to bully them by endangering their lives, transporting them on an open road inside a port-a-potty 🥺🤬 glad they were not physically hurt - SO DANGEROUS!

This place sucks so much. Overcrowded overpriced and overrated. The blond lady is the owner. She yelled at me a few years ago bc their website had inaccurate hours posted. I tried to enter the orchard with my 2 year old who was begging for a pumpkin and SO excited, and that same lady came at me guns blazing (despite it still being packed and my only wanting to go literally a few feet to pick up and pay for a pumpkin). She verbally attacked me in front of two year old. Never again would I give this place business. There are so many other family friendly orchards that have activities and better apples and baked goods. And I bet any other orchard would LOVE to have Wrinkles pay a visit!

What a gem that employee was came over his mind made up and agressive before you spoke a word. I like the obligatory "I understand" followed by speech which shows he does not understand nor does he care about anything except feeling like a big man acting this way. That's ok hopefully the next time he's in the county lockup his fellow inmates treat him that way.

I'm sorry you had this experience. :( This shocked me so much, I actually felt attacked watching this. This should never have happened. When I was a kid, my parents would take me to an apple ranch up the hills. I have so many great memories of that place that I thought, "Oh hey! Cool! Apple picking!" when I saw the thumbnail for this video. I expected a wholesome time with Wrinkle, You, Camerman, some apple cider, an footage of an adorable wrinkle getting to pick her perfect apple. This is NOT how an orchard should be run. This is not how any business should be run. I've been in customer service since 1999. There are very few cases that require this level of hostility. In all these years (24 and counting), I can think of 5 off the top of my head that required me, my coworkers, or my boss to kick someone out. And the customers getting involved and threatening?? Unacceptable! Only once can I remember a situation becoming so aggressive that three 6'+ tall guys had to get between me and my manager (5'4 and 5' flat) to keep the antagonistic guy from getting violent. Those three guys handled the situation perfectly with maturity and tact, escorting (without touching) the guy outside to get him away from us. Security took it from there. No fights broke out. Both my manager and I were shaking. And this was over a stupid burrito! We were standing our ground, but afraid the guy would get physical. When those three guys came back to get their breakfast, everything they ordered was on me and my manager. 5 events in 24 years of working in the customer service industry. And more than half of that was in the restaurant business where Karens and assholes flourish. I'm still in that industry. (The ending made me crack up. I don't know how you managed to arrange that, but it was a genius way to end this, and hilarious. The tractor guy was on your side. :) )

He usually calls ahead to places and clears it with owners / managers, so I’m sure there was a misunderstanding somewhere. They probably said “yes” on the phone and then when he got there, that yes turned into a no.

The biggest yikes was seeing many of their 1-star reviews of that place. I’m sorry you and Wrinkle had to deal with that; there’s definitely more places you will always be welcomed in and its their loss if they don’t allow diaper bags, oversized purses, or sweet babies like Wrinkle. You all should come down to Georgia! Peaches are ever sweeter and you can enjoy some homemade ice cream 😋

And all those one star reviewers had the same complaints. Customer service from the employees treating them very poorly. If a business has that many complaints about customer service then they should very well fix it. But from what I have seen in the reviews the owners aren’t customer friendly either. So therefore I assume they don’t care how their employees treat customers.

It was so hurting to watch how many toxic people are in one place... talking like that in front of their children and acting like real monsters. Sure there are policies for every place but there is a way to talk and act. I'm a long-time fan, and it was horrifying watching this video. I hope you won't meet people like that in future adventures. You and wrinkle should be respected as anyone else, she is your baby. I can't tell you how much I'm related to what you just went through and I hope you won't need to be in a situation like that again. My heart hurts so bad... I was in complete anger after watching the video. Seeing that excitable joy in the beginning only to be tarnished because of the rude staff and the other disgusting people who yelled at you and your poor duck baby. The person around 2:40 had me truly disgusted and extremely worried for both you and Wrinkle. Also, the so-called "father" acting all aggressive with their kid following along in their bad example. That enraged me. I hope the kid grows up to be a good person and not like their "father". After watching the video, I read the full description and just started sobbing in complete tears within both frustration and sorrow. The poem within the description was so lovely and with the beginning excitement of the video made me feel even more rage to this "business" and devastation for the two of you. It's apparently been like that for years, and now their true colors are able to be shown to the world in order to be aware of the place being filled with nothing but rotten apples. If you are reading this. Human Name. I, and many others, are in support of you and Wrinkle with wishes for your later adventures to be fun and not as horrible as this. I hope the kid turns out okay because that man who is his "dad" is a terrible influence to him. He might even traumatized the poor baby because of being abusive.
