Surronster, I don’t usually comment much but I did some investigation and put some AirPods in and replayed it over and over again, and yes very clearly it says ‘Lula’. And I’m Hawaiian and Lula means a calm state of the atmosphere that’s has no wind. You were in the tunnel and did you feel any wind? Probably not. And also to add to that Lula is a noun that means dizziness, vertigo etc. but do you know what else you were feeling? Claustrophobia. And the more you go into a deep sewer tunnel, the lack of oxygen could make you dizzy. I have one near my house and we need masks due to the spray paint smells and lack of oxygen. Hence vertigo. Hope this helps. I’ll add more if I notice some other stuff

I brought these guys into this tunnel for this ride and I have a daughter named Lula. She has been in there a few times with me. In fact I think that her name may be in there on the walls which may explain why they thought that was what they heard. Not surprising why those tunnels are haunted. Back in the day Mobsters and Coroners would store bodies down there. There were also many serial killings in the 1970s. Where else would you dump the bodies where they can’t be found for a long time? Lula was probably one of the victims. She was also probably “a lady do the night” with no friends or family.
