I hate dog and horse races! They hurt those animals and then when the horse breaks it leg the owners put it out of life instead of fixing the leg not for racing anymore but dam right on the field.

I think it's kinda common in most situations that you put down an injured horse. I'm not sure why, but I don't think it's a racing exclusive thing?

@@nagisa9147you cannot fix a horses broken leg. they live standing up mostly. if they have to lay down for extended periods of times it crushes their organs & causes a condition that will painfully kill them anyways. not to mention, they will not stay down. so you will keep watching an animal that lives on 4 feet for most of its life struggle to stand & stumble around in agony. there’s been rare cases of horses receiving prosthetics but it’s a very painful, lengthy, & expensive process. if the animal even takes to the prosthetic without many issues. if you do not understand the anatomy & life of these animals, you cannot go on social media crying about their social justice. racing or not, in most situations a quick death is the kindest thing you can do for that animal rather than maybe scrape enough money together to let it struggle to live.

@@nagisa9147& it truly really isn’t about the money. if you’ve ever cared for an intelligent social clearly caring & loving & feeling animal everyday, you know in your soul you’d sell the world to keep it safe. sometimes even what’s enough cannot be done without a great great & painful cost. a grazing mammal breaking a necessary bone is not the equivalent of you spraining your little wrist. you can still feed & relieve yourself, regulate your body, & fend off danger. letting an animal that lives on its 4 feet stay down & alive is sending it to a painful grave. more often than not once they are down that’s their time, for whatever reason. they are very resilient animals until they are not.

you would rather let a sentient being thrash in agony so your snowflake feelings don’t get hurt? you don’t even know these animals you’re throwing a social justice crusade over. they cannot survive let alone thrive without 4 functional legs. they cannot be down for extended periods of time. it literally kills them. so you let your poor animal sit in agony, by your logic & “morals”, just to maybe scrape the funds & expertise & medical luck for the animal to have a painful & long likely amputation process. only for the process to probably kill them (in truly one of the most horrific & painful ways to die. it is horrible to watch a horse die of colic (what happens when their organs cannot move around freely/when the pressure of their body crushes their many intestines into twisting(also pretty much no cure to that))). if ignorant bleeding hearts like you got their way, animals would suffer horribly. more than you claim they do.

there is no bed rest for a grazing animal with 70+FT of intestines located where they have to lay down. bed rest turns into a slow & horrible death. to even attempt what you’re insinuating would come with major pain, suffering, & loss of life. is it really worth it to you? with all of the unwanted unloved animals sent across our borders for meat slaughter? being against commercial animal racing is one thing. but dude being an ignorant SJW is another.
