You shouldn’t take radiant adaptive helm if you have the augment. Those two literally gives you the same things(get both effect regardless of positioning).

Think it's a mistake to remove the bruiser from irelia, Rakan doesn't really do much attacks, Irelia does so she gets the benefits from the 8 bruiser. Also makes her tankier against crap thing like that Kog Maw
