Nah not really, they are quite equal. Really if you want to argue, it’s itemizing Thresh over illaoi, but there’s the Fated bonus that gives him omnivamp and that’s probably the determine factor for brotherman

But I guarantee you illaoi is better than Amumu. 2 Porcelain is only 20% reduced damage, with 4 arcanist, illaoi is going to cast infinitely and heal a ton. Also illaoi is broken so yeah
