This is ridiculous and a type of bonded slavery in the name of articleship by the Principals.. How can the Principal deny transfer to the students and threaten them ...this must be brought in the knowledge of ICAI and also to the human rights commission . The fight for transfer is articles independent right of freedom to move anywhere in the country .. The rules imposed by ICAi on transfer is questionable as it promotes a feeling of slavery in the articles and their liberty is at stake . Government must come forward to provide a fair work culture to the CA articles and provide freedom for transfer without imposing rules as they are not bonded labourers of the Principals. Further, 4000 ,5000 & 6000 stipend calculator again makes feel of slavery..today we pay a minimum of 400-500 to a labour ..it must be increased immediately to facilitate young talent to grow ... Recently we were watching Half CA and one so called Jamuna Paar...which makes us feel that outdated rules and regulations must be changed with time and CA students must be encouraged and supported at every level .Trap must be removed and let them live better life....

Then raise query on your ssp portal ask why they are not accepting transfer accordingly you have to respond

Mam i asked my principal to give transfer so they said to restart at other firm ,then i again requested very politely ao they said okay we will allow you to transfer but 75% of the days will be considered holiday for the transfer given means if i worked for 4 months they will provide ixai information that i did only 1 month articleship and took 3 months leave . What can i do now?😮‍💨 So much frustated now

@@Yourlibrary472 I just got my letter received from RO and it's like in just one day no discrepancies at all and there was no stamp in the form ... so it doesn't require it's just the sign of the principal and article.
