On July 8th of this year, I began tracking my food and exercising 6 times a week. I had put on 20 lbs of extra weight and was not feeling well mentally or physically. Challenging myself to be disciplined in my food and exercise in a way I never have, was a really incredible, hard, and rewarding experience. This is part one of sharing 1 out of the 10 weeks that I did this for.
