The one inch punch was made famous by Bruce Lee. It's a powerful close ranged punch from 1 inch away. The main difference between the one inch punch and the iron fist punch is the travel distance. A normal punch is 6-12 inches away from the target. Bruce Lee was able to knock down opponents twice his size with his 1 inch punch.

Most people don’t know that the punch is more than a punch. It utilizes the body’s kinetic chains. So it takes the strength from most of the muscle groups into a single punch. Personally, I find that you should bend your knees rotate the hips a little and bend your elbow. And starting with your back foot but almost simultaneously, you should be straightening everything out

@@RyanBentz indeed he did😂 it looked like this whole video was no effort from my pov he broke the first one then held back on the 2nd one then couldn't break the third one then did some fake ass training probably half assed it like usual and probably already had a messed up knuckle from different videos and just reddened them up a bit then actually tried and broke the 1st and 2nd and cheated on the third. He doesn't care about the process just the views which is why I see it as a disgrace to actual KZbinrs that do actual 1 week challenges
