also you should try Jamal Browner’s V5 powerlifting program or his deadlift specialist program

hey I know im late brother , but if your feeling tingly in the head off of a deadlift obviously thats normal! but if it ever gets to the point its causing pain or blowing up blood vessels it could be that your bracing is off, always into the gut and not into your head !

Your video quality is amazing man, this was a fun video to watch. You have great form and should keep strength training in some capacity if it fits your regular schedule!

Thank you so much, man! This video was a ton of fun to make.

Wierd question is Ben and Jerry's ice cream any good

Should have still tried a bad form deadlift at the end of the 30 days. If you were competing you wouldnt care about form and just go for it. I do agree that training with a straight back js better and will make you stronger jn the end though

Unless you were feeling tweaky then good call to not do that

Does this mean you can leave the kidz club area of the gym, now?

Don’t need to rest that long, read up on west side barbell. Short rest periods with low reps is your best bet

If you're referring to the intro, 100% of that was sarcastic. My typical rest times were ~2 minutes for deadlift, squat, and bench over the month.
@alexrinseАй бұрын
You had another 10kg on squat at least at the beginning

Nice! but that bench definitely isnt powerlifting standard.

Am I crazy or shouldn't your butt stay planted on the bench during the whole rep for it to be valid in competition powerlifting?
@1kleinerdobbixd5593 ай бұрын
During the rep yes, you can have it off before you get the start signal😊

Great video. Even though you emphasize the gain in pounds than kilos to make the gain look bigger. Great excuse on the reason for not hitting the deadlift pr
