Hey Hey Hey, wait a minute, here is my honest experience (13000+ hr cs experience): Aim trainers help you master the mouse. Having good aim is only related to dm. I had a short but very effective training to remember the mouse's reaction. I would enter cs stats and reduce it to 2 bots. Then I would use reverse strafe and tracking skills at the same time and one tap the bots while spinning. Sometimes 120, sometimes 180, sometimes 90. It would just remind me where to stop, then I would play dm for 25 minutes.

Aim training & dm works. However with diminishing returns. You're better off 2hrs a day for maximum benefit. Above that, you start to lose focus and it can even impact you negatively at that point. Since you start to get lazier with your pre aims and clears.

Hey so I know you noticed a couple of the things im gonna say but still good to remember. Really nice video and aim tho congrats! So I have a couple of things to improve about this. I'm gonna say this from experience since I do a lot of training that demands a lot of heavy work on the mental and physical aspects. Essentially what you are doing is great and almost perfect routine in terms of what you practice but the thing that got you was the times and lack of breaks. In games that you need to play a lot and very consistently you absolutely need breaks because without them you will just practice well below what you could maybe get worse a couple of days and get burnout from the game The things I would change are: Have breaks after every single practice and honestly 5h is a bit much 2 to 3h should be good but since you have a lot to do it's okay I would recomend having 10 -15 minutes break after every exercise and then a 30-40 minutes break after the 3rd one. Also if you really don't think like playing then don't because if you play with a bad mindset you can get very upset Also good sleep is super important that way you can really get all from your training. Besides those things I think you're doing awesome in the rest just don't push yourself too hard or it could be bad so don't go playing 10 games lol like I think if you really are feeling like playing 5 I'd a good number. Just trowing some pieces of advice that can maybe help you and yeah that's it have a really good day or night and thank you for the entertaining video ♡

As a holder of shit nutrition and not bad of a sleep,I have to say this is true, good sleep makes my reaction time normal or faster(I have 160-170 when I have good sleep and if and when not 200-210 even go up to 230)I think good sleep depends on quality of the sleep not quantity like u feel really light when waking up,it is as accurate as I can describe it so sorry, idk abt nutrition cuz mine is always shit but sleep part is true and forgot to say I am SILVER XD

Something ive learned while playing games at a somewhat high level ( faceit 10, val imm2 area and ive shit on adv players as an open player ( mainly go not cs2 ) is that routines are very good but if youre doing something like this its best to split it all day and not do it at once like before matches the aim botz and 30mn deathmatch and the prefire then finish the last bit during the night before exorcize dinner or whatever then sleep thats whats always helped me ive never done 5hrs worth of stuff but ive done like 2hr 2.5hrs training before now im slightly older and aint got time for that shit lol 😭😂 anyways loved the vid man never watched a video but def enjoyed this

I feel like the challenge would have gone better for u if you took a 15-20 minute break in between each part of the aim training. But that would've made the training longer probably but since you had problems with focus in the beginning i feel like more breaks in between was the best choice you could have made. But good vid bro and congrats on faceit lvl 10 if thats your first time hitting it.

maybe at the beginning you need to start like a little warmupt (1h first daty or less, maybe 30 min) then you can rise the practice time to 1h or 2h on day 2 and you can continue like that when you fell comfortable with practice time, good ideea and also good results
