Arthur re. your conservation/nature reserve goal, the UK environmental law association often host trips to learn about the exact kind of thing you're interested in, e.g., we're staying at an organic agroforestry research farm in Suffolk, staying overnight in pods, no phones, campfire vibes, learning about setting up organic farms/reserves etc. Also the best place to meet people at the forefront of wildlife/biodiversity conservation and learn a thing or two. If that's something you're aiming towards, you must get involved in those kinds of groups, plus a law background would be incredibly useful!

I feel like that bench press exercise, from 4:30 on, when they are struggling a bit more towards the end, that exercise is exerting so much pressure in that area, and it is so bad on the lumbar area! they are putting too much force on that zone 😬
