Starting small getting fit definitely helps. Started walking doing 5k steps, about 2.5miles, per day. Now I’m doing 10k steps and around half of it is running. Just keep grinding each day.

@@zodaro5748 Deer Isle, got like 3-5kills and then i was in a fight and got killed 2 times for trying to get back, i got kicked for cheating.. they could have been watching me and see im not cheating.. i have a old ban on me from a admin that banned me and my team of 15 players cus we did rade his base * Active admins playing. He then got kicked from the staff and the server id shut down 2/3 years ago and it is still on me -.- But the the admin seemed fine and i understand they wanna keep the server safe if they are unsure
