The color and cut reminds me of Central African fashion! Reminds me of the dresses my teachers would wear

That waterfall pleated back is reminding me of those "Polynesian Patterns" from the 60s to 80s, when muu muus became very mainstream

I suspect that your dress may have originally been made in Africa. The colors and style are very common there. Women go to the tailor to have these made.

It was a very beautifful and elegant dress before. Just too big on you. It needed tighting a bit. I am afraid you turning the dress into a basic, plain, without caracter sort of dress.

Everyone: Talking about how pretty the dress turned out. Me and my easily distracted brain throughout the whole video: KITTY- omg… IS THAT A DOG!? 😍🥹🥰 (But in complete honesty, your dress turned out beautiful- I personality hate patterns like that because they always seem all over the place or have too much going on at once. With how you remade it and with the summery style you went with, it seems like such a lovely dress to wear and looking at it now, it makes me see those types of patterns in a new light-)
