It doesn't change the outcome of the game. To be specific, no one knows anyone's rank at the beginning, unless they limit the settings by rank. Rank is already broken in this game. So, if the "Novice" is really a much better player, you figure it out by how they play the game, and you probably don't know their rank. If you are referring to people "throwing a game," because of an alt account (which doesn't hurt their "real" rank), there isn't much anyone can do about it. Based on the revealed ranks and actual gameplay, I didn't see any shenanigans.

43:10 138 v 73 cap is 82.95%. This was risky, I've seen similar % even cap rolls because cap rolls are broken. 138 v 80 is 53.42%. Would the expert bot roll anything above 50%? My rule of thumb for just over 50% with medium caps is 7:4 ratio. You divide 138 by 7 and round up to 20, then multiply by 4 to get 80. If you're not sure the cap is large enough, although it is in this case, you could subtract a little, maybe 75. 50% rolls should be the most accurate, it's the extremes that are the worst, is my guess. For large caps, 137:80 seems to be good. 13700 v 8000 is 54.56%, 1370v800 is 51.54%, 343v200 is 51.76%. The maths might be hard to do in a few seconds!
