Tabby this was a phenomenal video. Thank you so much and I had to laugh at the end because somehow I felt like you were going to give tower 28 your number one spot and I’m just going to have to try that mascara again. I used it twice and then gave it to a friend of mine, because I felt like it was just m’eh. But then that was when I was really in my obsessed over tubing, mascara phase. The pictures the wear test your analysis of the wand was so helpful and really made me think about mascara in a different way to be honest- and that’s saying a lot since I’ve been around mascara for about 50 years now.

It's so interesting to me how different mascara preferences can be. I have pretty long lashes so anything that lengthens makes them look spidery. So for me, the best mascara are ones that pretty much just add volume and are slightly wetter but not super wet or thick. Of course, not flaking or smudging is a must! I recently started trying some new ones and the Better Than Sex mascara actually works really well for me. I also like the regular Milk mascara but I found the different bristle lengths on the wand really annoying. The different lengths on the different sides made it so I had to think more about how I applied it. The green Essence mascara looks so pretty but it flakes throughout the day 😥 If it didn't, it may have been my perfect mascara.

Wow! This video took some serious dedication! Bravo to you!👏👏👏 I think the Hourglass is a tubing mascara. I agree that mascara is such a personal preference. I love the GXVE beauty mascara because I have some serious hooded eyes and the doh-dah at the end really reaches the inside lashes. Your lashes look amazing in all of mascaras. Do you use a lash serum or are you blessed with awesome lashes?

Lancome Lash Idole has been my go-to the past year, so I was happy to see that it placed pretty well! Gonna have to try out the Tower 28 one, it seems like it has a similar brush and it's cheaper!

The Ilia was one of the free Sephora birthday choices in February 2023. I love it so much I just finished my 3rd tube. It’s not a tubing mascara but I only need warm water and a reusable cotton round, which I love.

The lord has blessed you with those lashes, girl!! I liked the SAIE for only one reason- every mascara smudges and transfers like crazy on me (my undereye is super dry so I need an eye balm to counteract that and my lids are super oily, go figure) and this one didn’t. Fiber mascaras tend not to transfer as much because fibers themselves are dry, so it helps to keep the wet ingredients under wraps, so to speak (I worked for benefit and did not formulate mascara but I did work on other products. I learned a lot from the mascara formulators, though. They take that shizz very seriously lol). However, the length and volume are very underwhelming. Also, I liked your disclaimer saying beauty is fun and don’t take offense if you liked something that got a bad review. I feel like people are so venomous sometimes because of another persons experience. I think they tend to forget they aren’t the only person in the world and people have very different experiences with the same product. It’s not that serious, people!

Thanks for all your work! I would love to see you try some asian mascaras (e.g. Clio Superproof, Heroine make). They're very waterproof and smaller wands that really helps you get in there and coat every lash.

This is awesome! We love playing the long game 👏🏼 I think it would be helpful in the comparison shots if you labeled some more! So like with the frame showing the rows of mascaras, it took me a while to figure out a few things: where the mascara was that you were talking about (I would suggest putting a colored box around the one you’re currently talking about) and what the side by side is showing (I’m guessing two coat application on the left and end of day on the right?). Just a suggestion! As always, awesome work!

The one size looks way better on you than the Tower 28, and some of the others looked gorgeous. Suprised that that's your number one. Im glad there's a mini version to try of both of those. Every mascara I’ve ever tried has been dramatically better if I warm it up before applying, so I stick it in my bra when I start my makeup and by the time i use it it’s the perfect temperature and goes on much more easily.

Ilia and the benefit ones are in my top everyday. Wish you did a drugstore version of this. No one wants to spend 20 plus on mascara because you need to throw away most often than any other makeup item. I wear contacts and the issue I have look into is does it make my contacts blurry from the oils. I take my contacts out to clean or rewet them and I have the famous raccoon eyes on my brow bone. And people actually let you walk around with saying anything. So if you suggest one that will give you the best lashes and not irritate your eyes/contacts sign me up.

You need to try the Catrice glam & doll false lashes mascara ( lilac packaging) . It has the same wand as the tower28 and is my all time favorite ;) and drugstore!

I have had 3 tubes of the Kylelash. The reason that I had three tubes is because the second tube I tried was a dried out mess. I had the store send me a new one as a replacement. Very inconsistent.

Huda beauty , i had the same expierences. I was actually dissapointed. Heard so much good about her brand , but when i put the mascara on , it did not wear nice... the lancome : i actually like that more. i really love clinique and givenchy volume disturbia . These weare very beautiful and longlasting.
