Another comment on hormonal acne (but mostly PMS) that may help you or a viewer: vitex. I take vitex 2 capsules a day (am/pm) when I ovulate to my period. (So two weeks each month tracked on a period tracker app.) I rarely get acne and I also don't get as severe PMS anymore. The vitex I take is NatureWays and a $9 bottle lasts me three months. It takes about three months to start seeing results. Literally has saved my life. Deffo do research and talk to a doctor to see if it might work for you too.
