I’m a very heavy bleeder and this is my second day using it and I absolutely love it!! Since I’m a V I was scared to pit sum up there but did anyway and for the first time it was painful because I’m not used to putting anything up but after the 3rd time nothing hurt and I can get it out easily. First time is hard. My advice is use a plastic aplicater, not a cardboard one. Also, it's easy to take out using the string, and is completely painless when your period is flowing throughout the day., so don't worry about that part too much. If you are not ready , that is fine too.

Update: I tried it. It works. I couldn't sleep peacefully because pads and tampons would bleed through and I would have to wake up in the middle of the night put a new tampon or every 2 hours to change my pad. I tried a different cheaper brand from target though but it works the same. I will say that the band was a lot thicker than I expected and thought to myself, how the hell am I going to put this in there. Luckily it was a life saver and I was able to get a couple nights with decent sleep while on my heavy period. BUT I will say. I panicked a couple times not being able to remove it...

If the cup gives you cramps, try using SOFT AND FLEXIBLE cups. They're very easily foldable, and move with your body extremely easily. Also I really hope you didn't remove the disc when needing to pee because you think blood and pee come out of the same hole, because it doesn't. I hope this doesn't come off as me thinking you don't know anything, because that's not what I'm trying to say.

My period flow is really heavy. Like it’s literally like a river! (Ok I ain’t explaining it further cause it’s 🤮) anyway, I have to wear diapers for 3 days, sometimes 5. I use 2 diapers per day and sometimes my periods lasts for 7 days. And sometimes I have it twice a month (like at first I’ll have it for 3 days then after two weeks I’ll have it again🥵) I consulted a doctor and she said it was normal. Apparently because of my age (13) and because of school stress 🙄 but it’s been bothering me and I experience the WORSE cramps 😔 and sometimes the day before I have the process, I get a nose bleed , body pain or a fever 🤦‍♀️ Iam honestly sick of it but I’m trying my best to entertain myself to feel more better! Like watching Natalie’s vids 🥺❤️✨ uwu wuv you! And that’s on PERIODT.
