PS - Bro... as a rule of thumb I won't even start my van if we aren't talking about AT LEAST $1.10 per mile!!! You're an 1099 VAN-OPERATOR now Bro, not a 1st year trucker!! Don't let these nickel & dime gigs have you out here STRUGGLING & FORCED TO GO BACK TO 7a-7p EMPLOYEE!! I feel gig-apps are best left for people with a HIGH MPG PRIUS who just want extra work AFTER their day job. But if you trynna EAT off that 1099, you gotta get BROKERS and start taking contracts. CH Robinson is one of the largest!! These lil $5 gig runs will have you in the hole Brotha! 👊😎

From my experience, when a text comes through, if it doesn't say, Cargo Van, I don't touch it. If you are the closest to a Cargo Van order they will send you the order directly and you'll be on a timer to decide if you want it or not. I've even gone to sleep with the app on and have received a call at 1 am asking if I can pick up an order from the airport. On wknds, you'll receive a measly extra $10 added to your rate. You definitely did too many upfront miles to start it but I've done something that I would not normally do just to get my feet wet, no biggie

You can't hold them responsible for you drive to the job. If you are to far don't accept. $85/50 miles was decent and since you ended up getting nearly $100 yes it was worth it. It BLOWS my mind they don't let you know what you are making til after delivery and I have no idea how they stay in business unless they pay well enough people trust them.

I did the same I join that platform because people was saying it was good paid, airspace suks. I drive 45 mile to the pick up and drive 45 to the dropoff I got paid 44 dollars , and they said they paid 1.75 for sprinter van

that's nothing a 🤡 took a 95 dollar for 225 .. Miles remember it's always a 🤡 that don't know how to do math so it's always some broke person see it and think it's 💰 unless the just so happen to be going that way if no 450 Miles for 95 dollars facts and then take off the ⛽ $50 for 8 hours of work. Facts. Lol

So they only paid you about .85 cents per mile and essentially your physical labor was FREE!!! or you can look at it another way.... that you only got paid .60 cents per mile and your physical labor was $20. Me personally I'd be upset... because basically - add in the cost of fuel and they got you running for about .50 cents per mile - which is only a lil more than what I was making as a first year trucker back in 2005!! You're the 2nd guy I heard complain about "Airspace" - and the other guy only got $30 for his first run. He was SO EXCITED when he was leaving in the morning, but after driving out there... which wasn't far, he only got $30. I personally can't roll on numbers like that because I'd have to be hustling like that - driving back & forth... or scrounging for gigs all day... trying to get $30 - $80 FOR EVERY RUN for 10hrs per day; which of course is nearly impossible. He even started posting about how it was a slow day so him and his woman just went home. Mannn... ain't nobody buy a big ass Cargo Van to go home with $100-$200 per day... that's bullshyt, but that's EXACTLY what I'm seeing on almost every app I use. It seems that the only way to make that REEEAALLL Sprinter money... is what they were trying to do with me.. they want you to LIVE IN YOUR VAN and just drive from state to state almost non-stop; WHICH I'M NOT DOING!!! So be careful Bro... I really felt more like you should have been making AT LEAST $1.25 - $1.50 per mile as an indie-driver!! So you shoulda gotten about $125 - $150. I was gonna sign up with Airspace, but I can't be out here chasing $30 - $80 for 100 miles! smh...😮‍💨 OK... Best wishes Bro! 👊

NOT WORTH IT! And the fact that you don't know what you're earning ahead of time is a red flag. Think about it...DoorDash even tells you what the payout is.

The issue with airspace is that when orders come up it does not say if it’s a car order, van order. Most likely it was a car order and since you have a van more opportunities but pay don’t reflect that you have a van. I have the same issue here but I had a chance to see a customer placing a order and I was there already but she placed it as a car order and paid less.

Airspace is good...specially if you're doing orlando naples tampa area from ft Lauderdale or miami. They give you alot of add ons like wait time, weekend fee, hold fees, after hours fees, parking and tolls. Try to stay away from text notifications those are mostly car deliveries. Accept the app notifications

Padna Move to a new company Only way you take a load that small is if the shipper say so. And they have to pay more. Next never take a 100 mile run unless you are waiting for a pick later next day. Hand load. Only if you are waiting. If you want to make real money otr. Do now the pay at start never. You want to know your load weight pay size from the start. So you can try grab more loads heading the same direction solo booking. If dispatch and not getting multiple load. Move to a new company.

Business sense you should not move 50mile to pick up an order only if you know what you are getting into because supposedly they cancel that order what you will be getting ??? If that pick was close go for but in this case it was not 🤷‍♂️

Airspace sucks. I drove 67 miles to drop off location and had to drive 15 miles to the pick-up location. They paid me 53 dollars. That was my first and ladt job with them.
