I stopped buying toxic chemical cleaners because I have Lupus and environmental toxins are a leading cause. I ran a low-grade fever for twenty years until I stopped poisoning myself with pesticides in food & chemicals in bath/body & cleaning products. BTW: Baking soda moistened w several drops of dish liquid cleans my glass stove top better than anything including the cleaner that's specifically formulated for stove tops. I no longer have to use a knife to scrape. Baking soda is also a fabulous degreaser which I discovered recently after attempting to get a grease spot out of a nylon rain jacket. I used baking soda moistened w a few drops of dish liquid prior to washing the jacket and the grease stain is now gone. Also, plain vinegar + water doesn't clean glass well enough for me so I add some rubbing alcohol and it works perfectly -- no streaks. Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion on so many products.

I love that Mrs Meyer vinegar cleaner for my kitchen sink! Never thought of using it for the tub, too - I will give that a try! Also the rain-x for the shower door is brilliant!

I loved this video, it made me want to buy new cleaning supplies and go clean. I do love lysol wipes and products, just always been my fav and I feel like my home is clean personally when I use them. I am not a natural products kind of girl. I really felt like in this video these were your true opinions which is so refreshing. I feel like sometimes people on KZbin all buy the same cleaning supplies and all are into essential oils because that's what everyone is doing and they just jump on the bandwagon. I absolutely love the Method lime. I use it to clean kitchen sinks, granite, steel appliances, microwave. The smell is subtle and not at all ‘chemically’.

Hi Jen. This as a great video and I would love to see more like this. Thank you for the tip regarding the dishwasher. I’m definitely going to crack mine today and allow the steam out and see how that goes. I totally agree with you on the Aldi Boulder Paper Towels. They are amazing. And I also love all the Boulder brand zip baggie products as well as their drawstring tall kitchen garbage bags. And for sure I absolutely LOVE my o cedar spin mop. Changed to SprayWay glass cleaner because after using winded for years and trying to get streaks out I was frustrated. Not a streak one with SprayWay. Thx for the reviews. Very helpful. Use a warm/hot hairdryer for a few seconds to take labels off. That way you don’t have to waste your oils.

The Magic Eraser is great on stainless steel cookware. I use it when Bar Keepers Friend, which gets almost everything, doesn't get it all. Love the Method wood floor cleaner and Good for Wood. The scents are so nice! Good idea on how to clean the bathtub. I struggle with that. Thanks!

Great idea for a video! I like the Method antibac… but I agree with you on the smell -I prefer others for my bathroom. However, I really like the Method glass cleaner. I've never had it streak. I use it on all my mirrors, our car windows and my husband loves it for cleaning his glasses.

I learned this tip from a car detailing friend of mine. If you use newspaper to clean glass it DOES NOT streak at all and makes the glass almost invisible. Of course wear gloves bc there will be black ink all over your hands.

You should try Bona! The handle come with a few dusters for laminate and hardwood floors, and they have cleaning (for mopping) pads. They’re removable, duster pads can be cleaned under running water and the cleaning pads can be washed in the washer. I use the hardwood cleaner a lot because I feel like I’m using half the time than a traditional mop would use. My hardwood flooring manufacturer don’t recommend using the bucket and mop method so I’ve used only use the Bona they recommend.

I’m not a cleansing expert, but I really like just using an e-cloth specialized for glass only. All you need is water and it’s 99% antibacterial or something like that. Works well on Milly’s nose smudges lol

I like Mrs Meyers but it’s so expensive in Australia and we don’t get a good variety of scents. Especially love their dishwasher tabs in Lemon Verbena :)

I prefer Seventh Generation free and clear dish liquid and their all purpose spray. I also love their laundry detergent, either lavender or free and clear. Mrs Myers cleans well but scent too strong. Im from Cuba, so I use a Cuban mop. A stick and a cloth. Then you throw cloth in washer( i disinfect it first, though). Thank you!!!!

Ha ! I just got a Bosc dishwasher 3 weeks ago and I thought something was wrong when I saw wet dishes after . I started leaving the door open too but I use the top rack pulled out a bit as a stopper 😝 I also hate the Method glass cleaner so flippin streaky .

I don't like the Method Antibac either. Method is what I use the most to clean my house my favorite scent is Clementine but I rotated them so I don't get bored lol; I have different ones for the kitchen and each bathroom and love Mrs. Meyers too, well some scents not all of them my #1 Basil or Lemon verbena and I'm in love with the baking soda cream and the vinegar one too. I also use the sprayaway for my glass and the same brand for my stainless steel. The good old bleach spray for bathroom and clorox toilet bowl cleaner, and also the clorox tabs for the tanks. And same as you it depends on how I feel when cleaning I go all natural or "bleachy" or a mixture of both. Also love the Mr. clean rain something too. In conclusion we almost use the same things to clean. Thanks for sharing.

Loved this video, I've been thinking about checking out Grove. I've just found your channel a month or two back and have been binge watching alot of your videos. You are so inspirational! I just watched your pantry organizational video and it has reminded me that I need to do mine, again! I have the same type of shelving as you and in the "L" shape too. I bought oxo lazy susans for the corners (from Amazon lol) I use them for my extra condiments, oil and vinegars, bottled dressings and bbq sauces etc. They are such a space saver and easy to spin and find what you need. Just an fyi.

i do the same thing after I open the dishwasher. I stuff something in the door and it cools off quickly. One of my dogs jumps up on my kitchen counter and when she does that the dishwasher comes on so I have to press Cancel. The rag stuck in between prevents her from starting the dishwasher. I love the Dreft Baby Stain Remover for taking stains out of my clothes. I got the tip from Drew Barrymore’s Instagram and it is amazing. I also like Shout Advanced. We have been using Bounty for years on end. Also get them at Costco. I will try Aldi’s because I love a lot of their products. Their Clancys Potato Chips are super cheap and they are better than big name chips and super cheap. Same size bag and it is 2-3 dollars less a bag. Their brioche is 3 dollars cheaper than the brand at Shoprite and it is better. I love Shamwow’s to soak up big spills. Otherwise I use paper towels. I bought a great kitchen organizer at Aldi that is terrific. It holds the liquid detergent and all my scrubbers and such. Cost me $3 and it is amazing. Holds a lot of detergent. I also love magic erasers but I also love Scrub Daddys and Mommys for the bathroom and my ceramic nonstick cookware (and my air fryer oven). BTW, I just got the degreaser from Method and I love it. My stovetop and my microwave are very built up with grease and this degreaser is doing a good job of cleaning them. I have tried other grease cleaners and I have been really disappointed. Murphys, Goo Gone, you name it. They don’t work.

Thx for the great share. I agree with you in the Method Spearmint scent, I don’t care for it. I do like Methods antibacterial scents of Bamboo and Wildflower. My experience with the Method window cleaner is different. I washed all of my house windows inside and outside last weekend and used it along with my e clothes and I liked the results. I also use the Clorox toilet wands in each of my bathrooms. Thx for your great videos. I enjoy following you.

Good video. Thanks! I agree on the spearmint scent - WalMart grocery pickup substituted a Spearmint Everyman handsoap instead of Lavender on one of my orders and I thought, meh, soap is soap. WRONG. I hated that scent in my bathroom. I felt like I was washing my hands with toothpaste. I forced myself to use 2/3 of it and I pitched it. I love Grove Co too. :-)
