Studies show eating a single serving of vegetables is significantly better than athletic greens. Frozen vegetables have over 95% Nutrition, so don't worry about fresh vegetables. Frozen vegetables are just as easy to store and eat as powdered vegetables like athletic greens, but better and much cheaper.

All the videos I've listened to that are reviewing AG1 are young men already in optimal health. I'm a 67 year old woman and I've had health problems for 30 years because I worked around som really nasty chemicals that made me very ill. I've had digestive problems, problems with brain fog, and I have been unable to lose weight and keep it off for years. I also have diverticulitis. I found after about a week on AG1 the digestive problems started to subside. I am also able to eat different foods that has enabled me to lose weight. I have better focus and energy and my diverticulitis doesn't bother me near as much. It's been a miracle for me.

What else changed with your eating habits once you started with AG1? Were you drinking more water, perhaps earlier in the day? Placebo can be powerful as well, why double-blind randomized controls are needed - as the new routine and habit could have had a sigifnicant effect on how you felt/mood, etc.
@sandyzalecki11454 ай бұрын
@@mattmyers2624 If it's a placebo then it's a very powerful one. I was so sick because of chemical poisoning for so many years I tried everything. Doctors didn't help. AG1 isn't the only thing that has helped me. I have had other products that have helped. So, with AG1 I can drink coffee now that I couldn't before, I can eat raw vegetables now, I can have spices that I wasn't able to have before. Mexican food and Chinese food used to really bother me. I can eat both although I don't eat them much. If I do AG1 and stay away from sugar I have much more energy and feel better than I've felt in years. I'm going to try a fast and see how that works. I used to be hungry all the time. I was eating constantly. I don't have those cravings anymore. Like I said, if this is a placebo effect, it's a very strong one.

Daily exercise is key to as healthy life. Ride a bicycle to school, work or for fun. Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly. Make a bicycle your transportation option for short distance travel.

So I found another all natural alternative called Pure Syngery super foods (they also make the only vitamin C supplement from rose hips that I could find) Short story, my digestive issues just went away. It might not be a cure all but it sure helped me feel better. I also think the alternative I took has more of the good stuff in it. It also listed the actual amounts of each ingredient on the label.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community
