the ponds powder is not good. i have bought it and i am a brown skin tone girl. when i applied it i had the same reaction as you. it suited my skin tone and setteled my conciler. but as you go outside and if you sweat evena littile specially around your mouth and the T area it becomes white. it dosen happen with compact powders
