Please fix your form. While you’re doing The Spider-Man planks your bottom should not be so up in the air like that. If you’re not doing these exercises with the correct form, you won’t be effective and worse you’ll end up with an injury!

Should try intermittent fasting with diet and exercise. It gives amazing results . I have tried each individually. Diet maintenance in south india is hard . I couldn't avoid carbs and sugar much bcuz of grandparents. I really want abs but I have scoliosis so I have been trying a mix of all . The best for now is intermittent fasting .
