I love to roast green beans a little bit with fresh Garlic, Chiliflakes and Oil in the pan. And for the Mashed Potatoes we use Butter, black pepper, fresh nutmeg and a little milk or Kefir. Replacement for Marmite: better than bouillon stock paste. Similar salty, intense flavor and consistence. Also better than bouillon is the BEST, particularly if you have to carry groceries anywhere. Why bother carrying all that water?
