Haha. I'm in the same boat, living in Europe and trying to sell items to the US market. It's very tough. And doing customer support is one more thing that scares me away. At the same time, I know lots of people from Asia are doing so successfully

To sell items organicly in the US you gonna need; 1. US sim card 2. Separate phone ( prefer iPhone 7 and up because android phones have some kind of general proxy ) and use only to post on TT. 3. Paid VPN ( free VPN can sometimes change location out of US )

If your store is in English that should be enough, and focus on that store before expanding to other languages. And I know it's possible to target one country but to target Europe as a whole (organically), not sure about that. But I heard from somewhere that when your content goes viral it is afterward more likely to go out to a wider audience. Still not quite sure about TikToks algorithm, it's hard to figure out. So sorry I can't help you with that one. But let me know if you find a solution :D

Dude, had this issue when nomading. They changed the algo. You can set your location. In the last screen. So pick some US cities. Just start typing capital cities. And use those with tags for say #denverdogowners.
