Only natural herbs. - If u wash them, do it gently. - Dont make them wet to often. - Dont use hairdryer, at least dont use too much heat. - Watchout for supplements, especially anabolic ones. They often comes with high androgenic effect that makes ur hair thiner overtime. - Try to relax, stres is one of biggest factor of hair loss. - Diet and sleep !

Hey, Lucas. Surprised you didn't incorporate scalp massages. It's allegedly the most promising natural intervention to male pattern hair loss at the time. There's also so-called "dermapens", which I can personally vouch for over the rollers. You gotta pick up a set of bagged sterile needle tips to go with them. And you can typically adjust needle depth, too. I'm sure you read the study specifically associating microneedling with improved effect of Minoxidil. It's possible it can have the same expected effect with rosemary.

Your instincts about that microneedling device were definitely good. Sterility aside, the device had fake needles (circular saw-like disks instead of individual needles). Definitely go for a higher-end device ideally a dermapen or dermastamp, since your hair is already quite long and go for one with 1.5mm needles (if you prefer a roller go for one with 192 titanium individual needles). Also add pharma-grade, pure castor oil and take it orally (between 1 and 5ml daily) to balance your prostaglandins in a way that's conducive to faster hair growth. Over a long enough period of time, microneedling and oral castor oil might be the strongest and cheapest natural hair growth hacks out there and since they don't act on androgen related pathways, you can use them for your beard too. It's a shame that they weren't featured in this video...

Scientifically speaking, it is quite difficult to determine what product or supplement corresponded to your hairline increase. There was no control in your experiment to phase out any product/supplement as it could be several factors associated with such an increase. Otherwise, everything you used literally acts on hair to enhance and grow it, as such it was hard for you to even determine what was the cause of the enhancement.

Some things people dont know about growing hair. You have to do a new regimen for 3-6 months to really see any results. Before your hair grows it has to fall out. So if you try something new and your hair stops falling out, great but that means its just gone dormant. For it to restart growing it has to eject the hair from the follicle before it starts growing again. So the key to growing your hair fast and thick is to keep it in its growth cycle. So,…. 10 days isnt enough time. Pregnant women hair stops growing, however 2 months after baby the hair starts falling out in droves. That’s because it’s finally restarting the growth and it first has to eject the old hair and restart.

Also added 2 teaspoon of olive oil. I stirred until it formed a yellow paste. I applied the paste onto my hair scalp where it seems to be balding. I leave it on my scalp for one hour before washing it away with shampoo. I clearly observed that my hairs had stopped to shed. Just to share my experience.

Bro but your hair is great lol. You won't be able to find out any significant differences from trying out specific hair growth solutions if your hairline is still defined NW1, and your existing hair thickness seems to be 90% plus without visible miniaturization. The room for further improvement in your hair thickness and hairline definition is very little. If you have been experiencing hair loss recently, I would bet it was likely a temporary shedding - telogen effluvium (that can be caused by many factors). TE hair loss often times even self corrects.

Gotta remember too that with minoxidil, whatever hair follicles you apply minoxidil to, you create a minoxidil dependency to that follicle and it will never grow back unless you continue the use of minoxidil… I feel like I just said minoxidil way too many times😂

Instead of using coconut oil may I suggest black Jamaican caster oil with the rosemary oil? You might get better results. That rogain (generic) helped a little, but when I sweat it ran down on my ears. Now I have to shave my ears every now and then lol.

It's good to prevent things but a lot of your one week challenges make me curious if you followed up on them like the inversion table. I don't know if I commented already but I just started Rosemary oil like a week ago so seeing this video it's like the universe I just have one spot that started to go and I didn't want to do minoxidil because it's everyday but I like the Rosemary oil because even though it's everyday my hair gets to smell like trees and that's pretty cool

rosemary oil is natural w/o side effects. As for minoxidol; read the side effects insert first.
@DaskaiserreichNet788 ай бұрын
22:19 Try getting Rosemary extract rather than rosemary oil. I have tried rosemary oil daily for about 8 to 9 months. Unfortunately it did not grow any hair but it did smell nice. I later heard that rosemary extract not rosemary oil was used in the study. I have not tried rosemary extract yet so I cant comment on any personal experience of its effectiveness.

if you want a real routine that 100% WILL help you grow more hair and have a better hairline thats scientifically proven, here it is: finasteride oral medication(blocks DHT production, which is a hormonal byproduct of testosterone, and the primary cause of patterned hair loss, accelerated facial and body hair growth, and prostate enlargement), minoxidil foam topical treatment(which was mentioned multiple times in the video, it improves blood flow to the hair follicles, helping weak follicles strengthen and grow bigger), and if you have sebhorric dermatitis(dandruff, or psoriasis of the scalp), then a ketoconazole shampoo. these 3 thongs are pharmaceutical grade treatments for hair loss that have significant positive impact on scalp and hair health. for cheaper, non perscription versions of these things; saw palmetto is in fact similar to finasteride, it is said to block DHT, however it does not have anywhere near the testing finasteride has, and overall its efficacy seems to be around 20-30% as opposed to finasteride's 70-80%. therefore it still helps, but if you can get a finasteride perscription, do it. rosemary oil and hanging your head upside down will mimic the effects of minoxidil, but again at lower efficacies. and finally head and shoulders is a great, more affordable alternative to ketoconazole shampoo. the rosemary oil and saw palmetto are likely the reasons he saw improvement in his hairline, biotin is a great supplement, but most people with a balanced diet will consume enuff biotin in a day. that being said, a supplement of biotin wont hurt for having thicker hair, however it wont improve hairline. hairline recession is due to hormones shrinking the follicle itself, and reducing blood flow to the follicle. none of which biotin can help with. all it does is make already healthy hair thicker and fuller

Seriously, all you need is rice water. Viori shampoo is a godsend, and the backstory is worth learning about.
@newt2120 Жыл бұрын
im dying to know more about those. how does viori help?
@llllllllllllllllllllllllllll21 Жыл бұрын
@@newt2120 The peptides (proteins) in rice water used to make Viori are its pride and glory. The company was founded around and uses a formula by a small subsect of women in a tribal community in China who are known to keep the longest hair of any culture, predominantly gray-free, well into their elder years. All I can say as a personal testimony is that I had significant hair loss after COVID-19 (telogen effluvium) and Viori shampoo has done wonders to bring back my hair; it’s also helping me regrow eyebrows that were over plucked years ago which never grew back on their own! I tried castor oil, onion juice, rosemary oil, and I have a red light device I use for my whole body, but after I started the rice shampoo, I noticed new baby hairs within a week. Truly astonished! I sincerely hope it helps you just as much! One word of caution, don’t use every day - use once a week, unless you know your hair texture can take more protein. There is such a thing as protein overload, and it can cause breakage/damage, just like with an overdose of keratin treatments.

@@llllllllllllllllllllllllllll21 oh man, tysm for this post! Is there a specific company you buy it from? Also, is it just basically like rice water?
@llllllllllllllllllllllllllll21 Жыл бұрын
@@newt2120 Yep, as far as I know, you can only buy Viori direct from their website. And yes, the general idea is that it’s similar to using fermented rice water. I love a good DIY but the mess and smell of trying that was too much for me. This simplifies it and also gives the benefit of being a bar shampoo & conditioner which is awesome for travel/camping. Wishing you good like with it if you try it out! 🙏

Rosemary has been stupid effective for me personally. When I use it, I can literally see all the same length new hairs growing in within a month. When I forget to use it for a couple of weeks, my hair sheds like crazy. A little goes a long way, too. Dont have to use it every day, just often. Good luck with luscious locks!

Do that experiment for 6 months and you'll see. You won't see, and there's none on your comparison photos, any difference even within 1 month. Btw don't start minoxidil/finasteride, for now you don't need it and i dont think you'll experience hair loss for a while. If you start dht reducers or hair growth enhancers, you might cause yourself massive hairloss that will really turn into something bad.. super bad idea
