The best Fusion i would recommend is - CHOCO LAVA MOMO with sprinkles and the inside should be white and brown chocolate both . The momo should be in down hill and the left part should have white chocolate and the right part should have brown chocolate . And the tip of the down hill momo will separate both the chocolates.

Pani Puri Momos: Use the potato, ragda or moong filling as the base. Now take the momo dough and just shape a katori now fry the katori. Then let the oil drain out of the katori then grease it with butter or ghee and tamarind meethi chutney. Now add the filling which you want. Then add some sev and boondi. Then while serving add some dahi and crush a real pani puri wala puri on that. And instead of dahi u can also dip it in teekha pani and enjoy it.❤️👍
