I Tried FAMOUS STREET FOOD in Karachi, Pakistan! 🇵🇰

I was taken on a tour of the famous Burns Road Food Street here in Karachi, Pakistan by some local Karachi boys! There are so many different types of delicious street foods here and many famous stores that have been open for hundreds of years! I tried 6 different foods from snacks to drinks and even dessert! Finally I got to try the famous cheese paratha of Karachi and it was delicious! 😍

Jeera the earthy flavour of the shot you described (which is the most acurate way to descibe it) is cumin. And the bun kebab was a lentilpatty dipped in eggwhite I believe. And haleem is the most timeconsuming to make ...like almost a full day. I am Moroccan 🇲🇦 (Riff mountainrange) tho not Pakistani but love Pakistani culture and food and people Pakistan Zindabad 🇵🇰

In typical Karachi culture, haleem is eaten by itself with a spoon. It is a bit denser in consistency. Consumption of haleem with naan is usually a Punjabi culture.
