Interested to find out why you add an ice pack to the lunch bag if they are taking a hot lunch to school. Doesn’t it make the hot meal cold by the time they eat it

the Mac n cheese is in a thermos so it wouldn't be affected by the ice pack. the ice park would only chill the other items in the bag

You make very beautiful lunches for your family and pack them into lunch bags very similar to the ones my children carry. How do you keep the food items from shifting when your children carry their lunches? It feels like 75% of the time my children don't eat their packed lunch because by the time they open it at lunch everything has slid, shifted, seeped, and mixed together. Their once pretty lunch looks like . . . . It's unappealing and unappetizing to the point that my children either purchase a school lunch or don't eat lunch.
