6:02 now Im not Korean but I think the product here is used for drawing on something called "aegyo sal" which Koreans like. it is supposed to make them look younger which is why many love it. most of the time when I've seen Korean makeup tutorials, they use a color similar to the one of the product. if it is too pigmented, you're just gonna look like you cried a lot lol which is why I think its lightly pigmented :)
