Great video, Matthew!!🤗 Ramsay's Kitchen was actually better than I expected. The Roasted Grape Flatbread and Beef Wellington were really good, but the Sticky Toffee Pudding was the biggest surprise. It wasn't too sweet and was the perfect end to our meal. Glad we got to join you on this food experience! 😊 Major shout out to our amazing server, Emilio. He definitely elevated our dining experience. 😀

They killed the Oyster Bar for this? Lot of money, but the Mac and Cheese looked good. Three people with multiple appetizers? A lot but you ordered a lot. Thank you. (Vanderpump a Paris next! It is so beautiful and the food was interesting, beautiful and delicious.)

In this video it reminds me of when I worked at a restaurant called ONE IF BY LAND TWO IF BY SEA AND THE EXECUTIVE CHEF WAS LEE HYMAN and we changed the menu 4 times in a year. There were 2 things that we couldn't take off. THE SIGNATURE BEEF WELLINGTON and the RACK OF LAMB THE BEEF WELLINGTON is actually a 18 to 20 ozs of FILET MIGNON but at the restaurant we made individual portions with DUXELLE and FOIE GRAS,GORDON RAMSEY took the idea from us and the sauce was a DEMI GLACE, the restaurant is FINE DINING AMERICAN CUISINE and very expensive make reservations and you have to dress, no jeans or sneakers and when my mother and sisters came I made sure that I would pay the bill. But the OWNER refused because I was the SOUS CHEF and LEE had no problem with that and the fact that I was a graduate of The Culinary Institute Of America upstate New York State and the fact that I had worked in 2 5 star 5 diamond hotels in NYC. IT'S not what you know it's who you know, and that's KEY

Ramsey’s prix fixe menu at Hells Kitchen isn’t a bad deal, though I’m sure the price has gone up since I was there. I’ve had the Welly 3 times, and was never disappointed. Thanks for showing the crab cake, it looked outstanding.

I love the sticky toffee pudding. It’s not as sweet as I thought it would be which was fine with me. Was the potato purée a separate charge? It didn’t come with the beef Wellington? That doesn’t seem right.

A small amount does come with it on the plate but the full side is separate

Matthew 100% agree with you. I did not like the sticky toffee pudding at Gordon Ramsay‘s at the Paris hotel. The ice cream was icy and the flavor was not there with the pudding. The whole experience there was not good. I did like Hells kitchen at Caesars. Everything was delicious. Service was great. We enjoyed eating at Ramsey’s kitchen. We went a week ago and everything was great exceptional service. I also agree with you about not meet your expectations. We went to Gordon Ramsay‘s burgers a Planet Hollywood my Question is why do they bother ask you how you want your burger when you ask for your burger medium both my burger and my husband‘s burger is completely well done and gray. Meanwhile, I go to Bobby flays and they ask how we want a burger and we get a medium and it’s delicious and juicy. My husband was born and raised in England, so he knows what sticky toffee pudding should be like. My favorite restaurants steak restaurants I would go back to is Wolfgang pucks CUT at the Palazzo in Venetian, and Oscars. I did go to a few our others, the Golden Steer I would say go for the shrimp for an appetizer go for the Caesar salad. Excellent but that’s where I would stop my meal when you have to pay for an over salted rib, cap, and Seabass. I got nothing!😢

I THINK GORDON RAMSAYS IS GREAT FOOD BUT NOT WORTH THE LAS VEGAS HYPE…MANY AMAZING PLACES TO EAT IN LAS VEGAS. I DON’T KNOW IF THIS WAS ULTIMATELY A COMPED MEAL. I WOULD NOT TURN DOWN THIS PLACE BUT FOR $300 DOLLARS FOR A MEAL FOR TWO, I WOULD PERSONALLY OPT FOR A CHEAPER MEAL IN VEGAS.
