Yes, we are geographically asians, as India is part of Asia but our sense of identity can't be contained and labeled as just asians. Also our cultures are worlds apart. There aren't many common grounds between us, Indians and the rest of asians. Also no one uses that word - "asians" except for Americans(lets admit it The States looks down upon everyone who isn't them. Entitled elitist pricks is what the world calls them). Each and every asian country has their very distinct and pronounced identity. Asia as a single unified entity doesn't exists, just the same way it would be weird to call people of Canada, or Panama or Cuba or Mexico as Americans, even tho they are technically from the one of the Americans continents.
