The biggest problem with this brand is making each product tackle multiple skin concerns. As a certified cosmetic formulator all I could say is that the Indian climactic landscape is way too humid & warm for skincare that’s loaded with occlusives/multiple actives. Infact, our climactic conditions make even the driest of skin prone to congestion if layered with multiple actives/10 step regimen/or even multiple moisturising agents. For some, such regimen might work if they are in colder/AC environment…however, for most of us who are working or commute often or are even homemakers such multi-step/active regimen can make our skin go for a toss!

I 100% agree. I am of the driest skin but my skin can't just tolerate the 10 step routines for dry skin that pop up on social media. It turns oily, greasy, heavy and i wonder how those white people manage obviously because they live in a cold country

Same observation here earlier i used to have all these fancy products thinking that it will improve my skin but all i experienced was acne and congestion but from last 2 years i have stick to minimal and light products and my skin has never felt better .

So truly said! Being a doctor myself I have studied that skin types vary as per climate and races too..and this even applies to makeup. The new trends that people follow in cold countries would simply not suit Indian skin because of the climate and genetics and skin textures. We should do away with getting obsessed over foreign trends and come up with our own Indian skin friendly trends and skin care that would be best suited for all of us.

I trust you blindly and not going to take any risk trying new things... Your recommendations helped me till now , so don't want fancy things on my skin only simple ones to keep my skin healthy which is working far more better than before wish I could knew earlier but I'm happy because my skin is happy...

tbh kriti should have come up with a skincare infused clean girl type of makeup line. Good makeup products aren't that hard to formulate wheras skincare requires a lot of time .

Yaa sam i was very happy and excited when kriti was going to launch skincare of her own brand because i saw some skincare videos of her and she was using really good and genuine products but now i am very disappointed after seeing the products ingredients with frangrance and collaboration with mcaffeine brand kinda sucks ...anyway hoping any celebrity to release a good and genuine skincare brand in future...Btw lots of love to you Sam hope your family is well ❤✨

I have combination skin (dry around cheeks and oily T zone). I applied 2 fingers of sunscreen. It made me look like a ghost (leaves a white cast), but after massaging for few mins it blended into skin. It felt little itchy on cheeks. If water falls on face, it flows down along and looks disgusting. Earlier when I applied only1 finger of sunscreen, this was not the case. I am waiting to try the Conscious Chemist Unwind sunscreen now.

The ‘acne defence daily serum ’ is so sticky…It’s sticky for my oily to combination skin. I purchased it with the barrier care cream (for oily skin) during the recent birthday sale. I have been using both the products from past 5 days and i cannot top it up with your moisturiser because it will feel heavy. Neither can I wear a sunscreen. I am not having a pleasant experience. Also, am not sure why there admin has removed my comment in Ig. Then they messaged me separately and decided not to reply 😢. There moisturiser seems fine till now that’s the only good thing.
