i played solo on a lightly modded server... or so i thought...
The only aim in Rust is to survive. To do this you will need to overcome struggles such as hunger, thirst and cold. Build a fire. Build a shelter. Kill animals for meat. Protect yourself from other players, and kill them for meat. Create alliances with other players and form a town. Do whatever it takes to survive.

It's hard to find servers that are 1.5x or 2x that aren't just p2w messes through donating for kits/guns. That plus servers like this where the "2x" is really closer to 4x because it's double the loot rolls from barrels/boxes but also double the amount.

Upon only hearing the intro, my response to increased gathering rates (2x) is that it feels much better and is not too game-breaking. This is from my experience with Ark Survival Evolved, and each time the rates were slightly boosted in that game, it just allowed for more of what you enjoyed :)

These servers Have VIP kits, that you buy with real money. That's where all the airdrops come from. You can claim 4 hours after wipe. Like $30 per month. Able to claim every 12 hours. I like them because I work full time, can get on for a couple hours and create chaos and log off. Fun for me
