Also tf kinda floor & footwear do y'all b using for this!? Coz I've tried with rubber sole slippers & sandals/flipflops. Both on my tile floor & on that cheap, perhaps industrial even, carpet (in the hallway of my building 😅) I can't finger it out. Plus I can't get my body to move how I want it to! 😭 And feet ain't going much of anywhere 😒 bruh. Mayb if I could get the feet to slide around really good for once, then I could actually seriously try to practice this move 😩 tips ??

It refers to the position of your legs. 😉 X=turn your toes to the inside, O=outside. I hope it gets a lil clearer now ;)
