I wash my hair at least once a week or sometimes once every other week. Me as a black woman my hair can’t handle every day or every other day. I train my hair for once a week or every other week for my natural hair and I am still learning how to do my own hair at the age of 32.

sameee, I wash my hair once a week or sometimes every other week, I'm mixed Honduras and Togo so my hair is probably a little different than most people, curly hair takes longer time to wash and more time to manage I thought it was normal washing your hair once a week. 😅

With dry shampoo you gotta just spray all over your roots and usually flip it over and just massage your scalp so it feels clean. But if you run your hands thru it too much it’ll get greasy fast even with dry shampoo

I wash about 2× a week. I want to note that I've been doing this for about 5 years now. It definitely takes a second to start a new hair washing routine. In the beginning, my hair was the same. Oily, had the separated pieces bc of grease, weighed down by the oil, and SUPER ITCHY. I actually started by just adding a day between washes periodically, and it helped. Now, my hair does get a little greasy towards the mid-week/weekend. But, buns/ponys help. My hair is still too short for those really, so I just use a bandana or clips, or I tie up the top half into the bun.

I used to wash my hair every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Now I only wash on Mondays and Fridays. I can go a week or even 2 weeks without washing my hair but the biggest problem is the itchiness of my hair.

I can go a week without washing my hair. My hair is trained to where it doesn't need to be washed everyday only once a week or every other day. I rotate from once to every other day depending on how my hair is because some weeks its fine and doesn't need washed and then other weeks it gets oily and needs washed. So I go back and forth. Ive noticed with my hair if i dont wash it everyday then it gets softer. I also have this stuff you acn put in your hair if it gets really oily but i only use that if its oily right after i have showered or one or two days after so not often. But the once a week or every other day is what ive found best for me and it doesn't have to work for everyone else but id just thought id share my results with my hair to your questions. Also ive never tried dry shampoo but i do have some just haven't ever used it lol.

Btw I have curly hair it always has tangles in it because the curls like to stay together so I have to wash my hair like twice a week so its a struggle for me but when I watch your hair vids I feel motivated to wash my hair!

Hey Audrey I actually wash my hair once a month but I am an African America. Woman with type 4b hair so it’s actually more healthy for my hair type but I keep it in protective styles my daughter is German and black and I wash hers every 2 weeks unless she goes swimming before that time frame is up

i wash mine like once every week and a half. i believe that it helps your hair look its best and i never us conditioner, bc you should let your natural oils do the work. also it helps your hair be smooth when you wash it less. some people say that there hair is so oily so they have to wash it every day; its oily bc you wash it every day

I wash my hair 1x every 2-4 weeks. I have hair styles i use inbetween and with the exception of hiking or dependant on workouts ill condition if need be. Also if swiming i make those exceptions as well.

I wash my hair every 3-4 days. My hair is super thick and it gets super greasy fast. I use like this fancy shampoo to wash my hair and this spray after I wash my hair to leave in so I don't get grease build up as much.

I wash my hair on either Sunday or Saturday and MUST wash my hair on Wednesday (AKA Shortened day) (a shortened day is when all my class blocks are 40 minutes instead of 1 hour and after lunch we have 2 activity sessions.)

You wash twice or once a week if it's naturally curly and that is because of price and products and steps first your going to use your pre poo them shampoo and conditioner after that use a deep conditioner treatment mask and let that sit for 30 minutes rinse brush add curl cream done if it's past your back braid with the hair not agnst into a protective style
