2024 April they just came out with the survey on vitamins and vitamins doesn't do anything it never went back to the origin of why what vitamin was supposed to be at centuries ago and it still doesn't do anything vitamin is food eat the right foods will give you the right vitamins this is so sad cause industry a vitamin has ripped America off a centuries

Other than the Synergen, its just a regular vitamin for hair. it looks like you hair grew 6", which is what hair normal grows in 1 year. And you said it was just 6 months of growing. Nutrofil was beneficial for growing length, but not density. Those contracts know most people forget to cancel their subscription, that doubles their profits.

The crummy thing is, hair grows that much regardless. Hair also grows in different cycles, which will leave you constantly with baby hairs. These don’t look like results from Nutrafol, this just looks like natural hair growth

I bought the vegan ones to try 😭 I’m hoping they work for me, I’ve been dealing with hair thinning for years

I switched to the non vegan ones a month after my original comment, and I feel like it worked way better for me. I stopped dying my hair around April and in about 6 months My natural hair is up to my neck almost! however it was getting way too expensive to keep up with nutrafol for me, so i switched to Mary Ruth's hair growth multivitamins about two months ago, and i feel like Its working.

I think this one is really expensive. It’s because this one is one of the few that are FDA proven. It was actually made by a doctor.

As a dermatologist. No supplement can change your hair growth. Realistically your hair grew at the normal pace everyone’s hair grows at and you only felt it grew longer because you were more conscious of it or had dyed your hair so you noticed the clear demarcation. Very important video tho to show that it was not necessary.

As a dermatologist you should know this is categorically false. Does the supplement magically make hair appear where it wasn’t before? No. But can the supplement create and improve circumstances that promote a better environment for hair growth? Undoubtedly. Especially for those who have underlying deficiencies, which the majority of Americans have. A lot of what these ingredients address are I inflammation, cell turnover, and stress levels which all can result in more productive hair growth. If she had any kind of build up or inflammation in her scalp and the supplement addressed that accompanied with a vitamin deficiency then she probably experienced less interrupted hair growth which for all intents and purposes IS faster hair growth.

@@rosealgreenwood6893 yeah exactly. I swear doctors are so literal sometime. It’s not about making hair sprout out of your head like a chia pet it’s about optimizing what you already have the potential for. Which I believe these supplements can do for most folks.

We spend a lot more than that in a single visit to a beauty salon to get our hair damaged and not willing to spend less than a $100 for a supplement that is not only going to help with the hear but help our whole health.
