I’m seeing a lot of comments about people having bad experiences with eBay. When you buy off of eBay always make sure the seller is 100 and check the reviews. Been buying shoes off of eBay since 2014 and I never had an issue.

Had the same problem with a pair of volts, call them, if they don’t have it within another 3 days they will refund you or open a case. My case was that ebay lost them and they just refunded me.

I sold on eBay a while back, unfortunately the buyer never actually paid so I relisted and didn’t think too much of it. HOWEVER a month later I got a 10% invoice of £70 despite not actually selling the shoes and eBay said they have no way of telling if the buyer has actually paid or not so I ended up losing money.

Also it's roughy 30 days start to finish on ALL OF THIS PROCESS. No issues? Ebay just released a letter saying they are. way behind and I know my dunks ordered on Stock X March 4th 2021 and still not here. Stock X sent me a notice also that they are backed up and maybe April 12th. S0 30-40 days start to finish buy or sell for 1 pair of shoes is horrible. Back to the sneaker shows and meetups CASH AND CARRY IS KING NOW!

know this video is 5 months old. But let me ask you this how can a company that has no access to Nike or Adidas data base confirm that you are receiving 100% legit sneakers. Reason I ask is because I recently purchased a pair of yeezy 350 v2 white cloud from ebay. Took them to a sneaker con event in Foxborough, Ma with that tag still attached to the sneakers. 3 vendors turned me away. So I got in contact with Adidas I asked them to check them. They did and the response I got was the tag inside of the sneaker did not match the information in there data base. So how is it 100% guaranteed

Yo, this isn't an authentication program for the customer. This just covers eBay's ass because they were refunding for all the fakes reported sold. You literally don't have a choice if you use this new ''service'' or not. I tried to tell the seller I didn't want or need it but they ignored my message and sent it anyway. Now iv got a $400 pair of Jordans that should have arrived today, just floating around out there. Ebay are vague af about the details and iv been sent tracking numbers that are just giving me bogus information. YOU DONT HAVE A CHOICE if you buy shoes worth more than $200. Ebay think they are so slick by offering this as a service but it's mandatory if you like it or not. I'm done with ebay after this.
