I Tried out the Golden Troupe Set on Yae Miko and the Results Were SHOCKING | Genshin Impact

Shockingly, it did extremely well and is now her BIS for off field Sub DPS purposes.
My Yae Miko is at C0, Talents 7/9/9 and I'm using Kagura's Verity her signature weapon.

You forgot to share Miko's stats in each of the artifact sets, it's really crucial to factor that in because we can see on your video that Golden Troupe Aggravate damage is 23546 vs Gilded Dreams' 22889, which means the difference is only around 600 damage rite. "Then why would we farm Golden Troupe set if it's only have 600 higher damage than Gilded in Aggravate comps which is Yae's best comp? Because 600 damage difference seems not worth the farm." See, this is why we need to see Yae's ATK, Crit DMG, and EM when she's using each of those artifact sets, so if Yae's overall stats during Golden Troupe set is lower than Gilded Dreams, then we could understand why the damage difference is only around 600. And with that information, we can clearly knows that IF Yae's ATK & Crit Damage during Golden Troupe set is similar or close to Gilded's, THEN we can predict how high the damage difference will be compared to Gilded's and decided whether it's worth to farm the new set or not.

@@hafidznurramdhan3712 yeah i noticed a little too late i didnt include the artifact showcase in of itself which is a major flaw on my end however the crit ratios were infact similar. GT i have 63/237 GD 61/243 they were close enough for me to decide. basically its not necessarily worth it since the damage is small, and GD still boosts burst and normal attakcs while GT doesnt at all. GT is more versatile for more teams, not just aggravate, but it only boosts skill point being, if you mainly use her in Aggravate, then gilded dream is still overall better bc of burst and attack purposes. if you never really use burst, then GT better and its good in other teams too.

I tried GT on Yae for a while before changing back to mixed set which has superior stats(not by much) and buffs her ult a lot more. ATM, my mixed set has overall stats more balance: 69/239, EM189, ER 157. I still continue to farm GT's domain for Furina and still looking for a better piece for Yae because her damage mostly comes from her E and I have her at C4. Btw, GT is god-liked and BIS on Fischl no doubt.

I agree. I feel like GT is really best only if you very rarely use burst. I switched back to GD simple since it buffs everything for her and I use her on field sometimes and if you do then GD> GT. For fischl DEF is 100% new BIS as you said. However GD only really good for aggravate. For all other purposes, mixed set, GT or even 4pc is better

Golden Troupe is definitely best outside of Aggravate. As for the Burst damage loss, it's still going to do big numbers when you use it if you invest heavily in your stats; you aren't Bursting often with Yae Miko anyways because she needs an Electro battery, still with that, she'll probably want about 130-150+ ER. In the simpler words, Golden Troupe Burst will still make big purple numbers. But also big Skill pew pew pew numbers.

There 3 issues I have with Golden Troupe on Yae: 1) You cannot play on-field since the last 25% damage bonus disappear after being on-field for 2s. Yae needs a lot more screen-time than other sub-dps so she won't be able to make full use of the 4p abt 20-30% of the time. 2) On my build specifically 70% Damage Bonus is overkill since I am already getting ~96% from my Goblet and R1 Kagura's Verity. Somewhere around 110-120% is where deminishing returns really start to kick in so those last 50% would be better invested in some extra Atk, EM or Crit. 3) Yae's burst can actually deal a lot of damage and 4p Golden doesn't buff it in any way. The facts that Golden does nothing for her burst and Gilded just gives a ton of EM and a token amount of Atk are the reason why 2p2p Atk+EM or 2p2p Atk+ElectroDMG are still competitive. Gilded is definitely the best since the ~180 EM equate to 27% Skill Damage thanks to Yae's passive so you literally get almost half of Golden Troupes effect for free ontop of the 4p stats.

@@scherpebocht It's 90 cost and yes you do use it every other rotation or even every rotation depending on your set-up and party. I can afford to use it every rotation in teams where she is played on field as an aggravate main dps. Otherwise I use it every other rotation.

@@scherpebocht She needs some EM in aggravate teams. Obviously I'm running an Atk% sands but EM is still her third-best dmg stat besides atk and crit. A lot of her damage comes from aggravate reactions which deal considerably more damage if you have at least a couple hundred EM (including supports like Nahida of course). She can also be really good when played on-field which is why I don't like Golden Troupe that much. Besides, one of her passives directly converts EM into Elemental Skill damage and the ratio is not half bad giving you a double incentive to build into some EM. Considering you didn't even know her energy cost maybe you shouldn't try and "uhm actually 🤓" me. Lastly, my comment was meant to explain why I dislike Golden Troupe on her specifically for my build and play-style. If you want to use her as an E bot and never use her burst that's your choice man. That's not how I'm playing her though so GD is not what I'm going to run.

Hi, this is my dillema I need help with: My Yae exists only for turrets, but she is the only holder of deepwood in my team (Alhaitham-gilded, Yelan-eosf, Yae-deepwood, Yaoyao-millelith). I have perfect HP mill set for YoYo and I don't want to change it for EM deepwood, so Yae is only viable option for dm. Is it worth it to get golden troupe in this case, if it means no deepwood set in team?

No but running DP on Yae should be charged as a fallacy XD. Give Yaoyao DP and Yae another set (4p Gilded, 4p Golden or 2p2p with 18% Atk and literally anything else). Believe me neither the 20% Atk buff from Millellith nor the perfect HP stats on Yaoyao are anywhere close to the value of having a damaging set on Yae as long as she has decent stats. She deals a lot of damage.

In case it's interesting: Aggravate DMG is only increased by 20% instead of 40% like the other reactions. The 20% increase also stacks additively with the reaction damage bonus provided by EM. It's essentially equal in value to getting 50 EM and 4p Gilded gives a lot more than 50 EM so it's considerably better. Short version: 4p Gilded = 14% Atk + 180 EM (If you have a second Electro character in your team) or 230 EM (If you have Yae as your only Electro character in the team). 4p TF = 15% ElectroDMG + 50 EM.

for the skill test, i honestly think that guilded might do better than golden troupe because guilded gets buffs when elemental reactions happen. as for the burst test, thundering did better than guilded or golden because thundering's test got an overload reaction off
