As someone who also has a lot of anxiety, thank you so much for being real about what your going through. But I feel the need to say that this is not normal for someone who is just introverted, this seams more like agoraphobia or extreme social anxiety. Its really not normal to feel sick when you leave your house, or panic when you see another person
