Back in the 70's, my grandfather built me a sandbox in his backyard. He was worried about the local ferial cats using it as he would say to do their business. So, he had it covered unless it was being used. Played in it all the time and never got sick. It was pretty sizable too.

You should do a rebuild for the goths with the story line that they had a couple more kids because for some reason in all my saves Bella always winds up have like 5 more kids in addition to the two she starts with. So a new build with more rooms for their growing family and you’re able to use the new kit in it would be amazing.

I feel like a dining room and a kitchen are the types of rooms where it's ok to have no windows. It's very common in apartments to have those rooms be windowless so the living and bedroom areas get the natural light, which makes sense with how much time you spend in them

Change the 'harshness' of the brush to fix your paver terrain paint issue! You can fade them out more too but when you make then have a harsh edge instead of a fuzzy one they'll go on fully like you want. The only exception are a few of the ones with smaller irregular stones in them but either erasing those few pavers or just adding some grass or dirt along the edge removes that issue!

The nursery kit is soooo cute but some of the swatches annoy me. Like a lot of the colorful swatches (like the green and purple) don't have matching swatches across the kit. They sort of match the wood tones but it feels so stingy on EA's part! Like you couldn't give players a FEW more colors in your $5 kit???

The color choices were baffling to me! The dark colors are great in theory but they chose muddy tones?? Jewel tones and true darks would be beautiful but who in the world picks dark swampy grey brown? And the purple is fabulous but matches nothing else, even itself sometimes. And then the toddler beds, the *back* of some swatches is elaborate and sooo pretty, but the bed part you see is just flat solid colors. Why??

All the colors are usable at least but I think it’s lacking wood tones. Also I don’t get why they didn’t at least add a medium wall height version of the curtains, because people are more likely to use that kind of furniture in a mansion or an older house with high ceilings.

27:51 I think an exotic pet pack would be SO fun. It could include things like snakes or sugar gliders or chinchillas and whatever. And maybe it could be in more of a luxury style (as compared to Cats and Dogs' coastal style, and My First Pet's cutesy style). So it would be all new stuff in a new style BUT there could pet trees that maybe chinchillas or ferrets or whatever new small animal could use AND cats could use too. So we could get basically new cat trees that functional completely even if you don't have cats and dogs. I can totally see Cassandra Goth with a cute little bearded dragon in a fancy, all black tank or Lily Feng with a super lux terrarium for a python. I think it would be a great way for us to get more pet stuff without what happened with My First Pet Stuff's controversy and EA to make more money (which is their priority). It's like the perfect balance imo

My cousin lives in north Carolina and she was stuck on her property because a tree fell on the road. The same tree hit the power lines so she doesn't have power either. Luckily no damage to her house or anything and they have enough food and water. They got the tree off the road so they were able to go replenish supplies but last I heard they still have no power. Glad I live land locked in the west lol. We don't even get tornadoes here. Just earthquakes

At least they let you disembark the plane and wait in the airport. We were in Atlanta, flying to Cancun, and we taxied away from the gate & immediately pulled back into the gate. Apparently doing this means the “flight left on time” and looks good for the airline’s numbers. We had to wait for an hour before we were allowed to taxi away from the gate again and get in queue for take off. By this point, there were dozens, literally dozens of planes queueing to take off because planes from elsewhere were landing & needed to disembark their passengers. So, we’re sitting on the tarmac… waiting and waiting… nearly 3 more hours go by because they’re having to send planes between gaps all while planes meant to land elsewhere were being redirected… all because of a storm off the coast of east coast of Florida. We are finally 4 planes from takeoff… and we have to taxi back to the gate. Our crew would run out of flight hours over the Gulf… a mere 20 minutes from Cancun. So, they have to scramble a pilot AND flight attendants. The copilot still have a few hours. He would apparently be okay. All but one of the flight attendants crew was maxing not only flight hours without rest but flight hours for the week. They found a pilot in the airport… except he didn’t have his passport. So, they have to get a pilot to come in from home. By the time he arrives, our co-pilot is out of hours. THANKFULLY, our pilot took it upon himself to reach out to other pilots he knew & they found a copilot in about 30 minutes. We were supposed to arrive in Cancun at 1pm. Plenty of time to take the shuttle to the resort, meet with the family, have dinner with the bride and groom because oh yes, we were going for a wedding! Nope. We didn’t land until after 10pm. We didn’t get to the resort until 11pm. No room service after 10pm. All the restaurants stopped serving at 9pm & closed at 10. We managed to convince the workers from one of the restaurants who were busy cleaning up to at least make us some plain pasta & they gave us some fruit for the room… simply so we could eat something other than plane pretzels for the first time in like, 12 hours. This BS was so bad, they made all drinks and beverages and food on board free. It was the only way to prevent mutiny. We’ll never fly Delta again.

14:57 so we have family in Florida, live in Wisconsin, we had a similar thing happen coming home one day, were supposed to fly out at noon and land in Milwaukee by like 3pm, it's not a long flight. Also got home at 1am, and they couldn't fly us to MKE airport, they had to take us to Chicago and we had to find either a rental car (none to be found) or a car service to get us back to home... Never been so scared that I wasn't going to make it home ever.

The changing table works in the sense that they lay the infant on it and do the animation but the kit table doesn't dispose the diapers if there is a trash can next to it (the can doesn't "slot" to it like the Growing Together ones) so I really don't know if I'll use it that often.

Talking about Cats and Dogs update: What's up with the cat fur textures?! Don't know about dogs, but my partner tried to make their very fluffy cat in The Sims 4 and couldn't even come close to a fluffy cat. It just look like a weird fat cat, poor thing 😳 It looks like they never touched the pack again, since they are very capable of doing volume on hair from the cool afro textures we got with updates. Seems like a basic thing to have cats that aren't just inflammed wet rats when they're supposed to have luscious manes 🫣
