@Laitalafraise I do OMAD and increased my step count. The point I was trying to determine is if this rice water was going to add any additional benefit to my journey and it did not. It did not increase or reduce my appetite. It did not increase or reduce how ofter I go to the bathroom. It did not increase or reduce my energy levels. It did nothing. If you listen to the Dr, he increased his activity levels and ate cleaner, so after I participated in drinking rice water, I can safely conclude in my opinion, that the Dr's results were due to his other efforts then it was because of the rice water.
