Preparation summary: - Pour half cup of rice. - Wash the rice with cold water, 3 times. - Pour 1 glass of warm water into the washed rice and soak for 5 - 10 minutes. - Strain out the rice, so you are left with only "water". - Squeeze half a lemon. Enjoy.

I tried this for 6 days. I also introduced walking a minimum of 12 000 steps a day. Nothing changed. Happy for the people that have had results, unfortunately I was not one of them.

Try intermittent fasting! You won't get quick results but even without exercising or dieting, it works!!

@amooshaw7163 I obviously weighed myself before and after, that's how I was able to determine that I did not lose any weight. And, I did change my eating to OMAD.

@Laitalafraise I do OMAD and increased my step count. The point I was trying to determine is if this rice water was going to add any additional benefit to my journey and it did not. It did not increase or reduce my appetite. It did not increase or reduce how ofter I go to the bathroom. It did not increase or reduce my energy levels. It did nothing. If you listen to the Dr, he increased his activity levels and ate cleaner, so after I participated in drinking rice water, I can safely conclude in my opinion, that the Dr's results were due to his other efforts then it was because of the rice water.

Even without the rice water, eating right and working out will give you same same results... We love quick solution,but hunnie, drinking the rice water and later taking 6 slices of bread...mandazi , 5 chapatis, 4 unhealthy meal in a day,hakuna results utaona. Let embrace healthy eating and working out.

Am 90kgs, I have started today, but I felt some headache and nausea after taking do I persist through or maybe I chill coz it may worsen. Also is it ok if I cook the rice for lunch or it will affect the results

Just eat high protein, low carbohydrates meals and you'll be sorted. Proteins keeps you satieted for long. eg. Breakfast you can do, boiled eggs and veges,/ oats/ tea +boiled eggs, lunch beans/lentils &cabbages, supper beef/fish /chicken veges
