I'd probably pleat out, like you. Buttons smaller, too.... massive buttons always make me uncomfortable

Hi. Please can you advise what the paper is called that leaves the white markings for pleats/darts. When you used the tracing wheel? Thanks so much and agreed pleats looked better out not in.

Dressmakers’ carbon paper! Get one from a sewing notion company so you know it’s carbon paper for sewing. 🪡 Let me know if you need specific links :)
