There's actually a Papa Louie brand game with gameplay like this called Slider Scouts. It's more so an endless style where it has a pool of stages and it picks them at random to throw your way. Not sure if it has a speedrunning scene, but it could be interesting to make a category out if completing a certain number of stages.

Now you have to wait a bit before pressing the next button or else it'll trick you into pressing the ad button even though you don't touch it

I LOVE TOMB OF THE MASK! Favorite mechanic: gears/balls whatever they're called I'm always humming the Indiana Jones theme whenever they come up Least favorite mechanic: snakes THEY JUST COME OUT OF NOWHERE!! I have to get familiar with the level to watch them coming (sometimes I mistake them for those retractable spike walls)

Snakes and spikes have different indicators. Snakes have a constant flashing light before tunneling through. Spikes have the stripes and don't activate until collision. Easy to remember.
