I have no idea. Maybe purchased it online. BUT what I can tell you is there is some cooool tricks outthere I learned when trying to sell insurance. There are websites for data. You pick an area and choose 25-35 yr olds that have been hospitalized in the last year, or make over 100,000, and it spits out a list of names, addresses, phone, and emails. You can use a google chrome extension to rip emails from buisness owners. You use location and buisness topic. Like- KY, Hairdressers- and a list and emails are compiled. So much avalible if you google enough.
