probably not honestly 170 ping is very good honestly, talking from someone who plays CS in 220 ping all the time with my german friends (i'm brazilian)

I hit diamond on Apex with similar if not, higher ping. It really depends on the game's package handling. It generally predicts your movement and puts it on course as it updates which means that you are still relatively smooth. Of course there will be times where you are shot through walls as your character's body isn't updated on the otherside but there are games out there that have proven to me that 200 ping is tolerable.

Saw this video from restart0 on bilibili and it really reminds me of the days this game first launched in open beta, playing it with friends was really enjoyable. Although it stitched together many features from various shooting games, the result was pretty decent overall. However, I gave up on the game shortly after trying the rank mode because my friends and I are CS:GO players and are not used to third-person shooters. Additionally, encountering cheaters was incredibly frustrating. The slightly longer TTK does provide better shooting feedback, but Apex players may prefer this kind of TTK. I really enjoy watching some Chinese Apex pros stream and play Strinova, it's quite entertaining, haha. But after watching this video, I might download it again, hop on and play some Deathmatch, and see the maid skin I bought for my waifu Kanami❤❤
