Really pretty pasta! Maybe next time make some vegetable purees from scraps and leftovers and add that to the pasta. You can save some scraps and do ube puree for the purple, beets or tomato puree for the red, pumpkin or sweet potato for the orange, summer squash or corn for the yellow, broccoli stems for the green, and maybe a combination of the tea and some purple carrots or ube could be used for a blue. I've made pasta this way using beets, pumpkin, sweet potato, and ube it was delicious and a great way to use all of your produce. Plus, it might taste better than the fish sauce and be a good idea to use left over vegetable scraps. Great video!

Good job Corinne! I think they used freeze-dried powders for the color instead of liquid though. Also, the reason the two-color star sheets worked for Salty Seattle was because they used a pasta machine to laminate the sheets together. It would be really fun to see a redo on this one!

Even though this video was considered a “fail” (I use quotations because it was deemed worthy of a redo but I doubt many people in the comments could’ve done better) I’m honestly glad she overly complicated it because just throwing shit in a ziplock bag with some artificial color is kinda boring, like, anyone can do that and say “oh I made rainbow pasta” it’s a lot more entertaining for her to actually make the food naturally rainbow. So in conclusion, good job Corrine, it looked pretty cool, even if it was deemed a “fail”.
